Is installed on the building of the Legislative Assembly of Krasnodar Krai, facing south-east and covers the view of the Yekaterininsky Square and its surroundings. In the center of the frame is the Cascade Fountain of the Legislative Assembly of Krasnodar Krai, whose water jets create a slight shimmer in the sun. Kazachya Square is spread out in front of it, and a little further away you can see Krasnaya Street.
