Live webcam shows the embankment and harbor of the town of Kos on the island of the same name in Greece. The camera is installed on the Kunduriotu Beach street and is directed towards the harbor and the Aegean Sea. In clear weather, the mainland of Turkey is visible on the horizon.

On the right side of the lvie broadcast, the ruins of the castle of Nerandzia (Fort of the Hospitallers) are visible. The fort was built by the knights of St. John in the 15th century and reinforced with a double wall in the 16th century to resist attacks from the Turkish army.

Superb Island. I've spent a lot of time by the harbour watching the fishermen bait their lines , and boats coming and going. It's great for just people watching and having an iced coffee or a Mythos..
