SealCam at the Waikiki Aquarium

Live Monk Seal Cam from Waikiki Aquarium. The endemic Hawaiian monk seals at the Waikiki Aquarium lounge daily by their pool. What will the seals be doing when you visit? They may be swimming, sleeping or interacting with their trainers. You can also watch the lovely Waikiki sunset or check out the surf behind the Aquarium. Monk seals are masters of energy conservation; they sleep on the beach during much of the day. In the evening, they may hunt to depths of 100 - 1,600 feet (30 - 500 m) in search of reef fish, octopus, and lobster. They can stay underwater for 15 minutes or more while they forage for prey.
