Live webcam shows a panorama of the Koto area in Tokyo in real time. The camera is installed in the residential complex «Bell Tower» and is aimed at the Koto Canal, along which various vessels sail, such as jet skis, motor boats, houseboats, fishing boats, tugs and cargo ships. Occasionally a helicopter can be seen in the sky heading for the Tokyo Heliport.
On a clear day, Mount Fuji can be seen to the right of the two high-rise condominiums on the left edge of the screen.
Koto is one of the 23 special wards in Tokyo. Koto is located east of downtown Tokyo, bounded by the Sumida Rivers in the west and the Arakawa rivers in the east. Occupies the coast of Tokyo Bay, between the Chuo and Edogawa districts. The main quarters are Kiba, Ariake, Kameido, Toyo-cho, Mondzennaka-cho, Fukagawa, Kiyosumi, Shirakawa, Etchujima, Sunamati, Aomi.
