Live webcam is located on the Lazarevo paragliding site on Mount Lazarevskaya, near the village of Lazarevo, 80 kilometers to the southwest from Birobidzhan city in the Jewish Autonomous Region. The camera allows you to watch in real time the flights on paragliders and hang-gliders, which usually take place on weekends and holidays from 11 to 16 hours local time (MSK+7).

Live camera of Lazarevo paragliding site is installed on the launch pad at an altitude of 490 meters above sea level (on the relay mast of the Russian Tele-Radio Network - Birobidzhan). The landing site is located about one and a half kilometer from the start.

In weather with low thermality, this is a regular landing, on which gliders come after launch for 5-7 minutes, with no strong counter or side wind. The start is usually available with wind from the directions of Southwest, West, Northwest. With a force of 2-4 m/s, and no more than 7-8 m/s.

In good thermal weather, usually in spring, in April-May and September-October, when the air is drier, and the temperature difference between night and day is about 12-14 degrees, pilots manage to climb to 2-2.5 kilometers and make non-motorized flights to up to 20-50 kilometers in the direction of the village of Leninskoye in the North and North-West winds and 20-80 kilometers in the direction of Birobidzhan, with the South and South-West winds.

For regular flights, pilots from Birobidzhan, EAO and Khabarovsk Territory come. Pilots from the Primorsky Territory and the Amur Region come to sports events.
