Live PTZ webcam overlooks Waterhole in the Republic of South Africa in real time. The camera is located on the northern border of South Africa and Botswana, in a beautiful area known as Groot Marico, named after the Marico River. This impressive site is home to the Madikwe Game Reserve.
The live camera broadcasts a view of the Tau Waterhole, an oasis for wild animals such as elephants, giraffes, lions, antelopes, zebras and cheetahs. Along with these animals, the watering hole attracts more than 27 species of wild birds and is the best place for ornithologists.
The Tau Waterhole is also home to Nile crocodiles that prey on birds and other animals. Live webcast from Tau's PTZ webcam opens a secret window to the viewers into this reserve and its protected ecosystem of South Africa, where elephants bathe, lions roar, wild dogs roam and crocodiles hunt.
